Placera \u00a0skivad l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k ovanp\u00e5 karr\u00e9n.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt in i ugnen och v\u00e4rm till 125\u00b0C. L\u00e5t karr\u00e9n st\u00e5 i ca 4- 4,5h timmar. (l\u00e4ngre om du har mer k\u00f6tt) Efter en dryg timme petar du ner l\u00f6ken s\u00e5 att den hamnar i botten av kastrullen. Om den f\u00e5r ligga i den sura r\u00f6ran fr\u00f6n b\u00f6rjan blir den inte lika fint mjuk.<\/li>\n<li>Kika till grytan d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 s\u00e5 att det inte br\u00e4nner fast i botten. Sl\u00e5 p\u00e5 vatten om det beh\u00f6vs. Om du beh\u00f6ver l\u00e4mna k\u00f6ttet utan tillsyn \u00e4r det bra att sl\u00e5 lite vatten i botten innan, s\u00e5 att det inte br\u00e4nner vid. Efter 3 timmar kan du tills\u00e4tta lite mer av alla kryddorna.<\/li>\n<li>Ta ut grytan n\u00e4r k\u00f6ttet \u00e4r s\u00e5 m\u00f6rt att det faller ihop bara du petar p\u00e5 det. L\u00e5t svalna n\u00e5got.<\/li>\n<li>Mosa och luckra upp k\u00f6ttet genom att dra i det med en stor gaffel. Blanda med s\u00e5sen. Smaka av med lite mer whisky, spiskummin och chili om det beh\u00f6vs. K\u00f6ttet blir \u00e4nnu godare om det f\u00e5r st\u00e5 till sig \u00f6ver natten. V\u00e4rm eller ljumma k\u00f6ttet f\u00f6re servering.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Servera guacemole, majs, sallad, tomater, fr\u00f6kex (som jag har gett recept till tidigare).
