Hyr stugor, h\u00e4lsar p\u00e5 sl\u00e4kt och v\u00e4nner, kanske till och med \u00e4r utanf\u00f6r Sveriges gr\u00e4nser och har det bra! Man har tr\u00e4nat flitigt hela \u00e5ret och kanske k\u00e4nner en uns av ledsamhet (i all denna h\u00e4rliga, lediga semesterk\u00e4nsla) n\u00e4r man &#8221;tvingas&#8221; ta uppeh\u00e5ll fr\u00e5n tr\u00e4ningen f\u00f6r ett tag. Semester \u00e4ven f\u00f6r kroppen \u00e4r bra men om man \u00e4r r\u00e4dd att tappa v\u00e4lidigt mycket i b\u00e5de styrka eller konditition kan man ganska enkelt h\u00e5lla st\u00e4llningarna genom att bara k\u00f6ra lite armh\u00e4vningar, dips, situps, rumlyft, utfall och upphopp hemma, fast borta&#8230; Det beh\u00f6ver bara ta en kvart, s\u00e5 b\u00f6rja inte planera rigor\u00f6sa tr\u00e4ningspass utan k\u00f6r enkelt, snabbt och effektivt s\u00e5 h\u00e5ller du med all s\u00e4kerhet uppe b\u00e5de styrkan och hum\u00f6ret under de f\u00e5 veckors semester vi har under \u00e5ret.
