Blanda havregryn, mandel, fr&ouml;n, kokosflingor i en sk&aring;l. I med salt, kanel och torkad frukt. Blanda. I en annan sk&aring;l blandar du olja och banan. H&auml;ll &ouml;ver det i den f&ouml;rsta sk&aring;len och r&ouml;r till en j&auml;mn smet. H&auml;ll det p&aring; en bakpl&aring;tskl&auml;dd pl&aring;t. Gr&auml;dda i 20 minuter. Sk&auml;r upp. L&aring;t kallna.
