Men mest f&ouml;r att jag va sugen p&aring; att testa n&aring;got nytt. Och under l&ouml;rdagsfrukosten fick det MVG p&aring; andra sidan bordet. Rakt i krysset som han brukar s&auml;ga, Bengt &#8211; Erik. Till det serverades smakrik ost och mosade bj&ouml;rnb&auml;r.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"body richText\">\n<p><span>15- 16 &nbsp;st.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>25 g j&auml;st<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>3 dl ljummet vatten<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>2 tsk salt<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>1\/2 dl olivolja<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>1 dl kesella<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>1\/2 dl linfr&ouml;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>1 dl gojib&auml;r<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>1\/2 dl torkade aprikoser, strimlade<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>1\/2 dl hasseln&ouml;tter, rostade och grovhackade (jag tog mandel)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>1\/2 dl valn&ouml;tter, grovhackade ( jag tog pumpafr&ouml;n)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>1 dl dinkelflingor<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>6 dl grahamsmj&ouml;l<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>2-3 dl vetemj&ouml;l special ( jag tog 1dl havregryn och ca 2 dl r&aring;gmj&ouml;l)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span>Smula j&auml;sten i en bunke och r&ouml;r ut med lite av vattnet. Tills&auml;tt salt, olivolja och kesella tillsammans med resten av vattnet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Blanda linfr&ouml;, gojib&auml;r, aprikoser, n&ouml;tter, dinkelflingor samt n&auml;stan allt mj&ouml;l. Arbeta ihop till en smidig och ganska kompakt deg.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span>L&aring;t degen j&auml;sa i ca 30 min under bakduk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Arbeta degen p&aring; mj&ouml;lat bakbord, tills&auml;tt mera mj&ouml;l om den &auml;r f&ouml;r l&ouml;s. Forma till tv&aring; rullar och sk&auml;r varje i ca 8 bitar. L&auml;gg dem p&aring; en pl&aring;t med bakpl&aring;tspapper. T&auml;ck med bakduk och l&aring;t j&auml;sa ca 30 min.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Gr&auml;dda i 200 grader i ca 15-20 min. L&aring;t svalna p&aring; galler.
