Ofta blir det fler utepass och kanske &auml;ven lite mindre styrka. Eftersom jag ska flytta och bara har tv&aring; veckor &#8221;kvar&#8221; p&aring; mitt nuvarande gym suger jag musten av det, det sista. S&aring; ikv&auml;ll b&auml;r det av mot det sista styrkepasset med underbara Johanna. Det motiverar lite, tur, f&ouml;r idag &auml;r i den p&aring; sin allra yttersta topp!&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 14px;\">Jag tycker om att byta gym ibland, det beh&ouml;ver inte betyda att det ena eller andra &auml;r d&aring;ligt, men jag gillar nya platser och ansikten. N&auml;r det blir f&ouml;r mycket rutin f&ouml;rsvinner motivationen och jag blir riktigt anti. S&aring;; om motivationen tryter. Byt l&ouml;prunda, gym, tr&auml;ningsprogram.
