M&aring;nga g&ouml;r gr&ouml;t p&aring; bovete.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Sojamj&ouml;l <\/span>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;h&ouml;gt inneh&aring;ll av protein. &nbsp;har naturlig fetthalt och inneh&aring;ller bl.a. linolsyra, E-vitamin och lecitin. Halten av vitaminer och mineraler &auml;r h&ouml;g, s&auml;rskilt B-vitaminer, kalcium, j&auml;rn, fosfor och karoten.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12px;\">Detta &auml;r allts&aring; mj&ouml;l som inte inneh&aring;ller n&aring;got vete. Vete kan vara bra (och gott).. men inte i alltf&ouml;r stor skala. Det kan ge uppbl&aring;st mage d&aring; den st&ouml;r tarmarnas funktion och retar dess slemhinna, men &auml;ven st&ouml;ra nervsystemet och &ouml;ka risken f&ouml;r inflammation.
