F&ouml;r att orka tr&auml;na m&aring;ste du ha i dig mat ocks&aring; f&ouml;r den delen. Men kompisar och att hitta p&aring; roliga saker d&auml;r man tankar energi &auml;r minst lika viktig. Den psykologiska stimulansen, trygghet fr&aring;n v&auml;nner och skratt, vad vore vi utan det? Vidare &auml;r s&ouml;mn otroligt viktigt f&ouml;r att orka. Det &auml;r d&aring; kroppen &aring;terh&auml;mtar sig ordentligt fr&aring;n dagens bus.
