Det b&auml;sta jag vet &auml;r att tr&auml;na p&aring; morgonen n&auml;r solen v&auml;rmen men samtidigt kommer det lite svalare vindar mot kroppen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12px;\">Den h&auml;r veckan &auml;r riktigt fullklistrad med tr&auml;ning! H&aring;rd, mycket, brutal tr&auml;ning. Tufft. B&aring;de fysiskt och psykiskt, men ibland beh&ouml;ver man ett litet hinder att ta sig &ouml;ver. Det &auml;r kul n&auml;r man klarat det. Passa p&aring; att tr&auml;na ute, sommaren &auml;r kort!&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12px;\">Eftermiddagens pass bli (dadaa) trapptr&auml;ning. Rumpa ska mosas och fl&aring;s ska h&ouml;jas.
