Jag har f&ouml;rvandlat v&aring;rt k&ouml;k till ett labb. Det experimenteras. Jag har gjort det vanliga &rdquo;boll-receptet&rdquo; med apelsin, cashew och kakao, men ocks&aring; ett nytt &ndash; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Kanel &amp; kardemummabollar<\/span> med kokos och aprikos. &nbsp;Det var s&aring; j&auml;kla gott!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12px;\">H&auml;r kommer receptet; <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12px;\">1 dl cashew, 1 dl valn&ouml;tter, 6-7 aprikoser. Detta mixas till en massa. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12px;\">I med kokos, kanel och kardemumma, efter behag s&aring;klart. Det &auml;r s&aring; jag jobbar. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12px;\">Det kan beh&ouml;vas en liten skv&auml;tt apelsinsaft f&ouml;r att f&aring; ihop dem. Men anv&auml;nd h&auml;nderna d&aring; arbetas de smidigt ihop. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12px;\">Vill du ha lite julvarning tar du sj&auml;lvklart ingef&auml;ra, nejlika och kanel. Pepparkakssmak helt enkelt. Jag d&ouml;r lite. F&ouml;r det var s&aring; gott. Det kan tyckas, f&ouml;r m&aring;nga, se ut som f&aring;gelmat. Men har man v&auml;l smakat s&aring; f&ouml;rst&aring;r man. Det. &Auml;r. Ljuvligt.
