P&aring; stranden i Miami, i gympasalen i &Ouml;desh&ouml;g, i Folkparken i Norrk&ouml;ping eller hemma i l&auml;genheten. &Auml;r du dessutom ute efter effektiv tr&auml;ning som g&aring;r snabbt.
