Dels f&ouml;r att dessa fetter g&ouml;r s&aring; mycket bra saker i v&aring;r kropp. Skyddar och f&ouml;rb&auml;ttrar s&aring; att vi kan vara friska, tr&auml;na p&aring; bra och orka med att arbeta. Men ocks&aring; f&ouml;r att f&ouml;r mycket m&auml;ttat fett och transfett (h&aring;ll dig borta fr&aring;n det!!) &auml;r riktigt d&aring;ligt!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/281775.510x0.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 14px;\">Om du &auml;ter f&ouml;r lite Omega 3 och ist&auml;llet f&aring;r i dig mycket transfett kan inte v&aring;r hj&auml;rna fungera som den ska. Hj&auml;rnan best&aring;r av 2\/3 fett (mest Omega 3). N&auml;r du inte ger din kropp tillr&auml;ckligt anv&auml;nds ist&auml;llet transfettet vilket leder till &ouml;kad risk f&ouml;r ADHD, DAMP, dyslexi, demens, koncentrationssv&aring;righeter&#8230;ja listan kan g&ouml;ras l&aring;ng.
