Det kan vara f&ouml;r att jag tycker det &auml;r s&aring; kul att springa ute p&aring; sommaren och n&auml;r det inte g&aring;r v&auml;ljer jag n&aring;gra extra styrkepass ist&auml;llet. Men det &auml;r ju faktiskt bra &#8211; f&ouml;r p&aring; sommaren blir det ist&auml;llet med l&ouml;pning och annan kondtitionstr&auml;ning.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: medium;\">B&ouml;rjade dagen med pannkaksfrukost. GOTT!! Nu sitter jag och smuttar p&aring; det sista kaffet. Laddar f&ouml;r att g&aring; ut i sn&ouml;ov&auml;dret och ner mot gymmet. Yes!
