Kostkursen jag g\u00e5r \u00e4r inne i en registreringsfas. Vad \u00e4ter du? \u00c4r det f\u00f6rdelat &#8211; protein, kolhydrater och fett &#8211; som du tror? F\u00e5r du i dig tillr\u00e4ckligt med mineraler och fibrer?<\/p>\n<p>Jag\u00a0hade tankar p\u00e5 om jag \u00e5t f\u00f6r lite j\u00e4rn men det gjorde jag verkligen INTE! Gott! Och vitamin C- stapeln var maxad \u00e4nda in i v\u00e4ggen.<\/p>\n<p>Man kan leka med det programmet hur mycket som helst. L\u00e4gga till\/ ta bort en frukt, n\u00f6tter eller potatis. Vad h\u00e4nder d\u00e5? Missar jag n\u00e5gon del av all n\u00e4ring jag beh\u00f6ver s\u00e5 att exempelvis cellers funktion fungerar optimalt? Eller att jag kan ta \u00e5t mig av all tr\u00e4ning?<\/p>\n<p>Jag skulle inte orka h\u00e5lla p\u00e5 att m\u00e4ta och v\u00e4ga varje dag. Det \u00e4r b\u00f6kigt, men n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng. Stickprovskontroll liksom. Ger jag kroppen det jag beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r att \u00f6ka. Bli b\u00e4ttre.
