Ja, det &auml;r mycket som ska t&auml;nkas p&aring; n&auml;r man st&aring;r p&aring; Ica vr&aring;lhungrig och tr&ouml;tt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>F&ouml;rst och fr&auml;mst kr&auml;vs lite planering. Det &auml;r sv&aring;rt men att alltid ha makrill, &auml;gg, kesella\/yoghurt, avokado och naturell musli g&aring;r n&auml;stan alltid att ha hemma. Det &auml;r bra mat! Gud, det &auml;r asbra mat!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sen m&aring;ste man se till vad som passar din livssituation. &Auml;ter du ute? Kan du ha mellisarna i kylen?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Det &auml;r ofta mellanm&aring;len som skiter sig. Man gl&ouml;mmer, orkar inte, hinner inte&#8230;.Det finns m&aring;nga urs&auml;kert. Men bra mellanm&aring;l &auml;r; kokt &auml;gg, avokado, &auml;pple med lite kesella eller keso, makrillmacka, lite n&ouml;tter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>T&auml;nkte &auml;ven bjuda p&aring; ett g&ouml;tt m&uuml;slirecept: Oslagbart!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>6dl fiberhavregryn<\/p>\n<p>1dl solrosk&auml;rnor<\/p>\n<p>1dl krossade linfr&ouml;n<\/p>\n<p>1dl pumpak&auml;rnor<\/p>\n<p>ca 1dl hackade mandlar och\/eller hackade jordn&ouml;tter (jordn&ouml;tter inneh&aring;ller mycket protein!)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>t&auml;nk p&aring; att allt ska vara <em>naturellt.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>* i med lite kanel om du gillar det<\/p>\n<p>* 6 msk vatten och blanda!<\/p>\n<p>* f&ouml;rdela p&aring; en bakpl&aring;tskl&auml;dd pl&aring;t &#8211; 150gr &#8211; ca 8 min (kolla)<\/p>\n<p>Ta en kr&auml;mig yoghurt (0,5% Arla) skiva ner banan och p&aring; med m&uuml;sli.
