Jag t&auml;nkte; jag g&aring;r ut h&aring;rt och sen &ouml;kar jag. Orkar jag inte, vilar jag. Man m&aring;ste utmana ibland.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>S&aring; det blev&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;4 styrkepass<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;1 corepass<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;3 l&ouml;ppass<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;2 spinningpass<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;2 powerwalks<\/p>\n<p>och n&auml;stan 1h promenad till skolan, gick tre dagar f&ouml;rra veckan:)&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>N&auml;r jag s&aring;g ig&aring;r hur mycket det hade blivit blev jag lite chockad faktiskt. I h&ouml;st har jag varit inne i en period d&aring; jag verkligen kollat, t&auml;nkt efter och lagt upp tr&auml;ningen v&auml;ldigt mycket. S&aring; nu t&auml;nkte jag, jag k&ouml;r det jag k&auml;nner f&ouml;r. Jag har sj&auml;lvklart skrivit upp inf&ouml;r veckan att det och det vill jag g&ouml;ra men mer med fria tyglar. Vad vill kroppen? Vad k&auml;nner jag f&ouml;r idag? Det &auml;r j&auml;tte sk&ouml;nt faktiskt.
