Alla &auml;r inte goda, men h&auml;r kommer ett av dem. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 14px;\">Som &auml;r gott!&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 14px;\">Rosta 1 dl cashewn&ouml;tter och 1dl pumpak&auml;rnor i en torr het stekpanna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 14px;\">L&aring;t svalna och blanda med 3 &auml;ggvitor, 2dl havregryn, 3 msk linfr&ouml;n och 1 krm salt. So far so good?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 14px;\">Tills&auml;tt 1 dl hackade torkade aprikoser och 1 dl hackade torkade tranb&auml;r (jag k&ouml;rde all in p&aring; aprikoserna)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 14px;\">R&ouml;r om ordentligt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 14px;\">G&ouml;r tv&aring; l&auml;ngder utav smeten p&aring; en bakpapperskl&auml;dd pl&aring;t. ( ca 4 cm breda &amp; 1 cm h&ouml;ga).
