Det blir intervaller idag. F&aring;r se hur benen k&auml;nner sig n&auml;r jag har kommit ig&aring;ng. Nu k&auml;nns de sega och tunga d&auml;rf&ouml;r &auml;r jag inte alltf&ouml;r sugen. Men man kan bara ge <strong>100%<\/strong> och d&aring; har man gjort allt man kan. Det kanske inte &auml;r det b&auml;sta du gjort men det b&auml;sta f&ouml;r dagen.
