Andelen fet, protein och kolhydrater men ocks\u00e5 varifr\u00e5n fettet kommer ifr\u00e5n (enkelom\u00e4ttad,flerom\u00e4ttad eller m\u00e4ttat fett?) Vitaminer, mineraler&#8230; Man kommer underfund om mycket; \u00e4ter man f\u00f6r lite? F\u00f6r mycket av ett livsmedel? F\u00f6r ensidigt? Fel i samband med tr\u00e4ning?
