Jag har inte den disciplinen som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r att tr\u00e4na hemma. Beh\u00f6ver egentligen ett gym att g\u00e5 till f\u00f6r att k\u00e4nna mig taggad att tr\u00e4na. Att k\u00f6ra styrka hemma kan jag bara gl\u00f6mma. Kommer aldrig bli av att jag k\u00f6r n\u00e5gon typ utav styrka s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge jag inte har tillg\u00e5ng till gym. Och styrketr\u00e4ning formar ju kroppen p\u00e5 ett helt annat s\u00e4tt \u00e4n vad konditionstr\u00e4ning g\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p>Finns nog ett gym i Mullsj\u00f6 tror jag. Inte s\u00e5 j\u00e4ttel\u00e5ngt dit iaf . Kolla upp om man ska b\u00f6rja d\u00e4r kanske? \u00c5h saknar att ha g\u00e5ngavst\u00e5nd till gymmet. Det var s\u00e5 mycket enklare d\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 l\u00e4nge f\u00e5r jag k\u00e4mpa p\u00e5 med mina joggingturer och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka h\u00e5lla motivationen uppe \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tillbaks fr\u00e5n joggingturen!!
