B\u00f6rjade riktigt bra f\u00f6rra veckan med att jag sprang 3 dagar i rad. Sen blev det p\u00e5sk och tr\u00e4ningen las p\u00e5 is lite. T\u00e4nkte f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka mig p\u00e5 en joggingtur imorgon. Beror p\u00e5 om jag \u00e4r piggare imorgon, ska ju jobba med s\u00e5 f\u00e5r se hur mycket energi som finns kvar n\u00e4r jag kommer hem.<\/p>\n<p>Jag och \u00e4lskling t\u00e4nkte b\u00f6rja tr\u00e4na tillsammans p\u00e5 Sportlife. Yehey vi ska bli s\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5 snygga \ud83d\ude09 Blir s\u00e5 mycket l\u00e4ttare om man \u00e4r tv\u00e5 och kan peppa varandra!! Saknat gymmet. Visst blir man smal av att springa men n\u00e4r man gymmar formar man kroppen p\u00e5 ett helt annat s\u00e4tt s\u00e5 det ska bli sk\u00f6nt att komma ig\u00e5ng med det igen \ud83d\ude09<br \/>\nBeh\u00f6ver nya tr\u00e4ningskl\u00e4der ocks\u00e5!
