Jag kom nyss hem fr\u00e5n att ha passat tv\u00e5 sm\u00e5 busungar, hur underbara som helst! \ud83d\ude00 Nu ska jag ta p\u00e5 mig myskl\u00e4der och bara mysa framf\u00f6r datorn.<\/p>\n<p>Under dagen innan hittade jag perfekta tr\u00e4ningstipset f\u00f6r en stressig dag, framf\u00f6r allt om ni vet att det blir stressigt s\u00e5 g\u00e5r man bara upp 30 min tidigare och g\u00f6r detta.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>&#8211; QUICK MORNING WORKOUT &#8211;<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<strong> 50 jumping jacks (X till I hopp som man gjorde n\u00e4r man var liten)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 5 pushups<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 20 situps<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 20 glute kickbacks (st\u00e5 p\u00e5 alla fyra, h\u00e5ll kvar ena benet i 90 \u00b0 och svinga upp och ner &#8221;\u00f6ver&#8221; rumpan &#8211; varje ben)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 20 mountain climbers (st\u00e5 i plank-st\u00e4llning och dra upp ena kn\u00e4t till armen &#8211; varje ben)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 30 sekunder plankan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Detta kommer jag b\u00f6rja att g\u00f6ra p\u00e5 morgonen nu, varje dag.
