Ben och rumpa<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n30 squats<br \/>\n25 donkey kicks<br \/>\n30 fire hydrants<br \/>\n10 squats + 10 plie squats<br \/>\n30 calf raises<br \/>\n15 squats<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.
