T\u00e4nkte s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge tipsa om ett recept p\u00e5 en j\u00e4ttegod middag, enkel och snabbt dessutom vilket bara \u00e4r pluspo\u00e4ng.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Indian-spiced Chicken Pitas<br \/>\n<\/strong>400-500 gram kyckling br\u00f6st<br \/>\n1,5 tsk garam masala (indisk krydda som finns i varenda mataff\u00e4r)<br \/>\n3\/4 tsk salt<br \/>\nknappt 2,5 dl tunt(!) skivad gurka (urk\u00e4rnad f\u00f6rst)<br \/>\n1,8 dl fettfri grekisk yoghurt<br \/>\n1 msk hackad cilantro, funkar \u00e4ven med mynta<br \/>\n2 tsk saft fr\u00e5n citron<br \/>\nsvartpeppar (fr\u00e5n kvarn och inte mald)<br \/>\n4 pitabr\u00f6d<br \/>\n2,5 dl romansallad (dock kan du ju ta efter din egen m\u00e4ngd)<br \/>\n2 tomater, skivad (ocks\u00e5 efter din egen m\u00e4ngd)<br \/>\n0,5 dl tunt skivad r\u00f6dl\u00f6k (\u00e4ven detta efter din egen m\u00e4ngd)<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; Dela kycklingen, antingen i skivor eller bitar, best\u00e4m sj\u00e4lv &#8211; jag skivar. S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 stekpannan och n\u00e4r du ska steka kycklingen s\u00e5 stek i rapsolja (p\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt blir det nyttigare \u00e4n om du steker i sm\u00f6r). H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 1 tsk av garam masalan och 0,5 tsk salt p\u00e5 kycklingen och blanda ihop s\u00e5 alla kycklingbitar \u00a0\u00e4r t\u00e4ckt av krydda.
