Sushin till lunch var j\u00e4ttegod naturligtvis och om typ tv\u00e5 timmar kommer killen hit ocks\u00e5 s\u00e5 ska vi \u00e4ta middag h\u00e4r:) Imorgon n\u00e4r jag kommer hem efter matchen ska jag laga en enkel sallad som jag hittade p\u00e5 internet, den verkar supergod! Vi kan v\u00e4l alla testa?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Couscous, Lentil &amp; Arugula Salad with Garlic-Dijon Vinaigrette<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Vinaigrette:<\/em><br \/>\n0,75 dl olivolja<br \/>\n0,75 dl saft av citron<br \/>\n0,75 dl r\u00f6dvinsvin\u00e4ger<br \/>\n0,4 dl Dijon-senap<br \/>\n4 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<br \/>\n0,5 tsk salt<br \/>\nKvarnpeppar<br \/>\n<em>Sallad:<\/em><br \/>\n1,9 dl vatten<br \/>\n1,5 dl couscous<br \/>\n9 dl mixad sallad (valfri som ni gillar)<br \/>\n1 gurka, skalad, urk\u00e4rnad och t\u00e4rnad<br \/>\n2,25 dl cocktailtomater (halverade)<br \/>\n1,1 smulad fetaost<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rja med att mixa ihop vin\u00e4gretten; blanda ihop oljan, citronsaften, vin\u00e4gern, senapen och vitl\u00f6ken i en mixer. Mixa till den \u00e4r len och tills\u00e4tt sedan salt och peppar.<br \/>\nKoka couscousen med 1,9 dl vatten, vattnet ska f\u00f6rsvinna (l\u00e4s p\u00e5 paketet om ni tycker det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att f\u00f6rst\u00e5).<br \/>\nRiv salladen till lite mindre bitar om ni tycker det \u00e4r f\u00f6r stora bitar, blanda i n\u00e4stan all vin\u00e4grett, spara lite ifall man vill ha mer p\u00e5 tallriken, blanda i couscousen och gr\u00f6nsakerna.
