Jag \u00e4lskar choklad, chips, godis, kakor, l\u00e4sk osv, jag vill alltid ha det&#8230; S\u00e5 idag hittade jag ett recept en nyttig muffins som faktiskt verkar god! Normalt brukar det ju alltid l\u00e5ta tr\u00e5kigt, torrt osv men denna l\u00e5ter mums. Ska testa och baka det imorgon eller p\u00e5 ons:)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fit Cupcake<\/strong><br \/>\n30 g 90-procentig kakao<br \/>\n1 sked jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r<br \/>\n30 g hasseln\u00f6tter<br \/>\n1 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n2 \u00e4ggvitor<br \/>\n1 msk bakpulver<br \/>\n2 skedar l\u00e4ttmj\u00f6lk eller mandelmj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n2 skedar havremj\u00f6l<br \/>\nKanel<br \/>\nS\u00f6tningsmedel (tex vaniljsocker, vaniljextrakt)<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg i \u00a0jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r, kakao och mj\u00f6lken i en kastrull och l\u00e5t det sm\u00e4lta. N\u00e4r det har sm\u00e4lt ta av den fr\u00e5n spisen. Under tiden det sm\u00e4lter mal ner hasseln\u00f6tterna (tex med en mortel) och h\u00e4ll sedan ner det i smeten, blanda. Blanda sedan ihop resten av ingredienserna (\u00e4gget, \u00e4ggvitorna, bakpulver, havremj\u00f6let, lite kanel och lite vaniljsocker (valfritt). N\u00e4r du gjort det s\u00e5 blandar du ihop de olika smetarna. Smaka av ifall du vill ha mer s\u00f6tningsmedel i. In i ugnen p\u00e5 180 grader i ca tio minuter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Frosting<\/strong><br \/>\nBlanda ihop 0-procentig kvarg med lite jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r och s\u00f6tningsmedel, allt efter egen m\u00e4ngd och smak. N\u00e4r muffinsarna har svalnat, toppa dom med frostingen;)<\/p>\n<p>Hoppas ni g\u00f6r som jag och testar detta receptet! Visst l\u00e5ter det gott?!
