Dessutom finns det o\u00e4ndligt med f\u00f6rdelar med att \u00e4ta frukost; bland annat att det ger dig energi f\u00f6r dagen och kickar ig\u00e5ng din metabolism, dessutom \u00e4r det bevisat att frukost\u00e4tare har l\u00e4ttare att h\u00e5lla vikten och i snitt l\u00e4gre bmi \u00e4n de som skippar den.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Idag \u00e5t jag en frukost p\u00e5 hela 302 kalorier vilket \u00e4r ganska stort f\u00f6r mig, f\u00f6rr brukade jag aldrig kunna \u00e4ta en m\u00e5ltid \u00f6ver 200 kalorier utan super\u00e5ngest eller att det urartade i en hets.
