Gick och g&auml;spade hela tiden p&aring; jobbet idag.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kv&auml;llens tr&auml;ning:<\/p>\n<p>Promenad:<span style=\"white-space: pre;\"> <\/span>2 km, 16 min (till &amp; fr&aring;n gymmet)<\/p>\n<p>Crosstrainer:<span style=\"white-space: pre;\"> <\/span>11,1 km, 33 min, 396 kcal<\/p>\n<p>Styrka:<span style=\"white-space: pre;\"> <\/span>60 min, hela kroppen.<\/p>\n<p>Crosstrainer:<span style=\"white-space: pre;\"> <\/span>4,19 km,&nbsp;15 min, 188 kcal<\/p>\n<p>Stretching:<span style=\"white-space: pre;\"> <\/span>8 min<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Det tog mycket l&auml;ngre tid att tr&auml;na idag. Tror jag presterar b&auml;ttre vid 14.00 &auml;r vi 17.30. Konstigt att det kan g&ouml;ra en s&aring;n stor skillnade. Dock s&aring; va det ju m&aring;nga mer p&aring; gymmet som jag k&auml;nde och 20 min ut&ouml;ver min tr&auml;ningstid gick s&auml;kert &aring;t till on&ouml;digt snack. Gjorde alla tr&auml;ningsmoment i alla fall.
