Gym-personalen &ouml;vertalade mig efter jag hade gymmat att jag skulle vara med p&aring; Body-Attack och sj&auml;lvklart kunde jag inte l&aring;ta bli.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dagens tr&auml;ning blev:<\/p>\n<p>Promenad:<span style=\"white-space: pre;\"> <\/span>2 km, 16 min (fram- och tillbaka till gymmet)<\/p>\n<p>Crosstrainer:<span style=\"white-space: pre;\"> <\/span>9,24 km, 33 min, 383 kcal<\/p>\n<p>Styrka:<span style=\"white-space: pre;\"> <\/span>24 set, 55 min, ca 360 kcal<\/p>\n<p>Crosstrainer:<span style=\"white-space: pre;\"> <\/span>2,28 km, 10 min, 110 kcal<\/p>\n<p>BodyAttack:<span style=\"white-space: pre;\"> <\/span>25 min, ca 220 kcal<\/p>\n<p>Stretching:<span style=\"white-space: pre;\"> <\/span>8 min<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/264495.510x0.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Jag tyckte detta va helt ok. Va helt slut innan jag b&ouml;rjade tr&auml;na p.g.a. 8 h arbetsdag. Kom hem och s&aring; stod maten klar p&aring; bordet. Vem har v&auml;rldens b&auml;sta KOKO?
