Gjorde en paus p&aring; 2-5 min mellan varje pass med.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dagens tr&auml;ning:<\/p>\n<p>Uppv&auml;rmning:    4,41 km, 15 min, 200 kcal, Level 6<\/p>\n<p>Intervall:              5 km, 20 min, 238 kcal, Level 3 och 8<\/p>\n<p>Intervall:              3,34 km, 12 min, 142 kcal, Level 5 och 8<\/p>\n<p>Avslut:                 5,75 km, 20 min, 237 kcal, Level 5<\/p>\n<p>Promenad:         2 km, 16 min<\/p>\n<p>Stretching:          8 min<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nu ska jag hoppa in i duschen och sen &aring;ker vi till gnosj&ouml;.
