Det ger mig en mer intensiv tr&auml;ning p&aring; en kortare tid. Eftersom jag k&ouml;r intervall tr&auml;ning varje fredag s&aring; brukar jag v&auml;lja de pass som inriktar sig p&aring; muskeltr&auml;ning.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dagens tr&auml;ning:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Promenad:<span style=\"white-space: pre;\"> <\/span>3,8 km, 39 min<\/p>\n<p>Core:<span style=\"white-space: pre;\"> <\/span>40 min, ca 300 kcal<\/p>\n<p>Body pump:<span style=\"white-space: pre;\"> <\/span>60 min, ca 600 kcal<\/p>\n<p>Stretching:<span style=\"white-space: pre;\"> <\/span>8 min<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/270486.510x0.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Jag kommer ha tr&auml;ningsv&auml;rk i morgon.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nu sitter jag och &auml;ter mat.
