Jag ska sakt men s&auml;kert f&ouml;rs&ouml;ka f&aring; in lite l&ouml;ptr&auml;ning p&aring; l&ouml;pbanden f&ouml;r att jag ska avv&auml;nja mig vid att springa med h&auml;len f&ouml;rst i bandet. Det blev 5 min. Ville inte g&ouml;ra mer med tanke p&aring; att jag brukar f&aring; ont i kn&auml;n efter 10 min p&aring; l&ouml;pbandet.
