Det betyder att jag har fyra timmar p&aring; mig innan jag ska g&aring;. Hinner jag g&ouml;r iordning mig, fixa mat, &auml;ta, tr&auml;na 2 timmar, duscha innan jobbet. Har en k&auml;nsla av att jag flyttar mitt tr&auml;ningspass en dag. Har f&aring;tt f&ouml;r mig att jag inte tr&auml;nar lika smart n&auml;r jag &auml;r under stress.
