Hade bara 4 timmars paus mellan jobbpassen och har mycket att fixa innan jag ska tillbaka.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dagens tr\u00e4ning:<\/p>\n<p>Crosstrainer: 3,38 km, 12 min, 157 kcal, Level 6 och 7<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ryggresning: 3X15, 31,7 kg<\/p>\n<p>Roddmaskin: 3X15, 30 kg<\/p>\n<p>Lastdrag maskin: 3X15, 20 kg<\/p>\n<p>Marklyft: 3X15, 12 kg<\/p>\n<p>Sit-ups pilatesboll: 3X15<\/p>\n<p>Sit-ups sneda: 3X20<\/p>\n<p>Sit-ups: 3X20<\/p>\n<p>Planka: 60 sek X3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nu ska jag sl\u00e4nga i mig maten, duscha, dra till apoteket och sen vidare till jobbet.
