Att \u00e4ta n\u00e5got vid 6 olika tillf\u00e4llen under dagen k\u00e4nns inte s\u00e5 sv\u00e5rt. Trixet f\u00f6r mig har varit att hitta r\u00e4tt m\u00e4ngd vid r\u00e4tt tid. Att \u00e4ta lunch och tv\u00e5 timmar senare en Modifast shake, har inte funkat. F\u00f6r mycket i magen.<\/p>\n<p>Att dricka har varit sv\u00e5rare. Av n\u00e5gon anledning \u00e4r jag alltid t\u00f6rstig n\u00e4r jag inte f\u00e5r dricka. Det vill s\u00e4ga halvtimman innan och efter en m\u00e5ltid. D\u00e4r m\u00e5ste jag sk\u00e4rpa mig.
