Jag har ju torsdagarna som min v\u00e4gdag och det \u00e4r v\u00e4l egentligen den dagen som r\u00e4knas. De andra dagarna \u00e4r lite bara f\u00f6r att ha koll.<\/p>\n<p>Efter mensen gick jag ner ett stort skutt, jag tror det var 0,6 kg eller n\u00e5got s\u00e5dant. Efter den dagen hade jag tre dagar p\u00e5 raken n\u00e4r jag gick upp 100 gr om dagen. Blev s\u00e5 deppig.<\/p>\n<p>I g\u00e5r gl\u00f6mde jag att v\u00e4ga mig s\u00e5 idag n\u00e4r jag klev upp p\u00e5 v\u00e5gen var jag ganska sp\u00e4nd. Tacksamt s\u00e5 jag ner p\u00e5 siffrorna som indikerade minus p\u00e5 fettkontot igen. H\u00e4rligt!
