Got a brilliant tip for all of you stressed people out there.
This is actually a habit I picked up myself recently without even knowing I did.

I have no time to think at the moment, I am stressed, freaked out and all over the place.
So my new habit is to write down things I think about, but not have the time and energy to remember, on a post-it.
So I carry post-it notes with me, everywhere.
Tonight when emptying my pockets i found different colored post-its saying;
”Always be nice”
”50.000 is more than 10.000”
”Lear to use side-kick”
”Drink water”

Now all these things have more meaning to them than that, and i realized today how amazing this new habit is since I now remember all great ideas I had during the day, that I honestly, already had forgotten about by the time I emptied my pockets.
