Sk&ouml;nt ont&#8230;<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font size=\"3\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">K&ouml;rde CrossFit med Anders och Anna Fernette i morse. Det var bland det absolut tuffaste tr&auml;ningspasset jag n&aring;gon g&aring;ng har k&ouml;rt inklusive under min simkarri&auml;r.&nbsp;<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><font size=\"3\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Min kropp har extremt l&auml;tt att bilda mj&ouml;lksyra men den &auml;r inte van att ta hand om den l&auml;ngre. Jag fick en riktig chock och spydde som en gris efter tr&auml;ningen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Vi k&ouml;rde en serie som heter CrossFit Filthy 50Wod som best&aring;r av f&ouml;ljande p&aring; tid:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>50 Jumping pull-ups<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>50 H&ouml;ga swingar (kettleball)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>50 Push press skivst&aring;ng<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>50 <\/strong><strong>Utfallssteg, <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>50 Sit-ups all way<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>50 Push press (max 20 kg)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>50 Back extensions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>50 Thrusters (max 20 kg)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>50 Burpees<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>100 st enkelhopp hopprep<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><font size=\"3\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Man vilar ingenting emellan, mer &auml;n n&aring;gra sekunder n&auml;r man beh&ouml;ver det f&ouml;r att beh&aring;lla tekniken. Allt g&aring;r p&aring; tid f&ouml;r att kunna j&auml;mf&ouml;ra om n&aring;gra m&aring;nader igen.<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font size=\"3\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">N&auml;r jag kom till passet idag visste jag inte alls vad som v&auml;ntade. Under genomg&aring;ngen av passet blev jag nerv&ouml;s. Riktigt nerv&ouml;s! Det &auml;r hela den grejen jag gillar mest med CroosFit. Att det &auml;r en utmaning varje g&aring;ng liksom. Mina armar var totalt slut (trodde jag) redan efter kettleballen. D&aring; var det drygt 400 reps kvar av diverse &ouml;vningar. Snacka om att bli mentalt stark.
