Smart va!<\/p>\n<p>Jo det h\u00e4r med s\u00f6mn &#8211; jag sover mycket djupare och sk\u00f6nare nu n\u00e4r jag \u00e4ter 600 kcal\/dag. Det m\u00e4rks att kroppen (magen) har mindre att fixa med under natten. Dessutom vaknar jag tidigare \u00e4n jag brukar (utan v\u00e4ckning allts\u00e5).<\/p>\n<p>Nu &#8211; dags f\u00f6r en promenad i den ljuvliga sommaren.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Godmorgon!
