Om tre dagar har jag Itrimmat i 2 veckor. Och det g\u00e5r skr\u00e4mmande bra. Idag testade jag en kl\u00e4nning fr\u00e5n 2006 &#8211; den satt n\u00e4stan helt perfekt \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Idag har jag haft oerh\u00f6rt mycket energi. Tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rden fick en genomg\u00e5ng i tre timmar &#8211; 3500 steg fick jag ihop av att klippa gr\u00e4smattorna. Bra vardagsmotion. Jag och yngsta \u2764 dottern var i \u00c5gesta och sprang &#8211; 9,3 km hann jag med.<\/p>\n<p>Till middag blev det kycklingsoppa, men varf\u00f6r har jag s\u00e5 sv\u00e5rt att f\u00e5 i mig hela portionen? Har ibland ocks\u00e5 sv\u00e5rt att f\u00e5 i mig 4 m\u00e5ltider. Inte bra alls.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5ndag imorgon och jobb.
