Om 12 veckor st\u00e5r jag p\u00e5 Verrazano-bron i New York och starten p\u00e5 NYC Marathon. \u00a0Det \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r jag g\u00f6r denna satsning p\u00e5 mig sj\u00e4lv och min vikt. K\u00e4nns s\u00e5 tydligt &#8211; och syns \u00a0&#8211; att jag tappat kilon. Euforisk k\u00e4nsla. H\u00e5ller med dem som s\u00e4ger att man kan k\u00e4nna sig h\u00f6g under rivstarten.<\/p>\n<p>Jag kan b\u00e5de handla till l\u00f6rdagens fest (50 pers kommer!!) och laga mat utan att falla dit. Amazing \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>F\u00e5r se om jag hinner med n\u00e5gra varv i cirkeln imorgon bitti. Beh\u00f6ver \u00e4ven k\u00f6pa mer soppor och shakes.<\/p>\n<p>Imorgon b\u00f6rjar sista veckan.
