Det k&auml;nns som om man kan resa till olika platser f&ouml;r n&aring;gra sekunder, bara genom att &auml;ta en viss sorts mat \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, de flesta jordn&ouml;tsm&ouml;r p&aring; marknaden inneh&aring;ller inte s&aring; mycket jordn&ouml;tter utan bara massa skr&auml;p och h&auml;rdade fetter. Men det finns &auml;ven bra m&auml;rken man f&aring;r h&aring;lla utkik efter, vilka bara inneh&aring;ller torrostade jordn&ouml;ter och salt. Sj&auml;lv brukar jag k&ouml;pa ett danskt, ekologist m&auml;rke (kommer ej ih&aring;g namnet)<\/p>\n<p>Elller&#8230;s&aring; kan man g&ouml;ra sitt eget jordn&ouml;tsm&ouml;r &#8211; det blir b&aring;de enkelt och billigare!<\/p>\n<p>H&auml;r e mitt recept med jordn&ouml;tsm&ouml;r med banan &#8211; det ger mer fyllighet och s&ouml;tma samt en h&auml;rlig konsistens!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 p&aring;se naturella jordn&ouml;tter<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>vatten<\/li>\n<li>(ev. fiberhusk &#8211; psylliumfr&ouml;skal) 1-2tsk<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 banan<\/li>\n<li>en ugn<\/li>\n<li>en mixer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>l&auml;gg jordn&ouml;tterna i en ugns&auml;ker form och h&auml;ll p&aring; vatten och riktigt med salt<\/li>\n<li>s&auml;tt ugnen p&aring; 200 grader<\/li>\n<li>H&auml;ll av vattnet fr&aring;n n&ouml;tterna och se till att de &auml;r relativt torra (dock fuktiga)<\/li>\n<li>s&auml;tt in i ugnen och ha koll p&aring; den, r&ouml;r om emellan&aring;t ( ca 10 min)<\/li>\n<li>L&aring;t n&ouml;tterna svalna en aning, l&auml;gg fiberhusken i lite vatten och blanda kraftigt<\/li>\n<li>Mixa jordn&ouml;tterna, banan, husken. Tills&auml;tt eventuellt lite vatten f&ouml;r lagom konsistens<\/li>\n<li>KLART! \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\/Isabelle A.
