Blev 8 kilometers l&ouml;pning plus lite arm- och mag&ouml;vningar precis som vanligt. &Auml;lskar hur bra jag m&aring;r efter varje tr&auml;ningspass.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12px;\">Denna dag har tillbringats &aring;t att plugga och planera. Har ritat upp lite skisser p&aring; hur mitt bokomslag ska se ut till min <strong>sk&ouml;nhet &amp; h&auml;lsa bok<\/strong> som m&aring;ste vara f&auml;rdig i slutet av n&auml;sta vecka.
