We had another dinner yesterday with some friends from ProCivitas. We prepared a three course dinner together and I made the dessert above: chocolate mousse with cream and blackberries from the garden.
Went to Boulebar in Malmö again with friends this time. I had moules, frittes and a glass of champagne.
We had lunch at Pålsjö Matbar with my family and it was so delicious. The food is always so fresh and scrumptious there.
I hosted a small goodbye dinner for my girlfriends from ProCivitas. We had lots of good food (if I may say so myself…), you can see the New York Blueberry Cheesecake above. It was all very nice.
I had the mandatory crayfish tail sandwich at Olof Viktors on our way home from Bornholm. It really is super delicious!
