These next couple of weeks are going to be splendid! There’s so much celebration to look forward to and enjoy.
Congratulations! I spent the day with my boyfriend. I went over to his place in the morning, we had a banana split by the sea and later we went to a family celebration. In the evening we had pizza, watched a movie and slept on the balcony. It has been such a cozy day!
Classic Danish food: rye bread with eggs and tomatoes. Rye bread has probably been my staple food throughout my childhood and I still eat it whenever I get the chance.
There’s so much to do in school at the moment. Luckily I get to do a lot of the work with friends. Here’s a picture from a lunch with my best friend. The food is from Lagmarks and Holy Greens.
Brunch at my house: melon, watermelon, strawberries, pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon and carrot cake. So delicious! I love brunches.
One of my favourite Danish dishes: lumpfish caviar. I always eat that with my grandparents.
