rå epok sushi

We had sushi from Rå Epok for dinner tonight, which was great as always. It has been a busy couple of days, mostly worked on school stuff but tomorrow I’m going to have mocha lattes with my BFF, go for a long walk – and guess what? Probably do some more homework… Anyway, I’ll try … Read more

snack a jacks

I’ve been eating caramel Snack A Jacks all weekend – I really, really love them and my sweet boyfriend brought me some from the UK. Usually they are more crisp sized but these caramel rice cakes are scrumptious as well. I really like rice cakes in general, they’re relatively filling and low in calories, not too heavy, … Read more

sticks’n’sushi hellerup

We had dinner at Sticks’N’Sushi in Hellerup last Friday, I love their octagon shaped glass restaurants there. We had lots of different maki and Chardonnay before going home, getting ready and then hitting the city. Sorry for not blogging, I’ve just been super busy and sleepy these two days.

sunday chocolate

I could really eat this stuff when i get home after school today! We had this after our long walk last Sunday afternoon. It’s chocolate muffins with hazelnut topping, hot chocolate with whipped cream and a Danish cookie called “Hindbærsnitte” that tastes like raspberry. I hope you’ve all had a great start of the week.

champagne & mondays

Monday has been great so far! First I went to school and then I went to Fortet in Charlottenlund to have lunch with my Mum. I had moules marinières and a glass of A. Roberts champagne. The best way to start a week really is to drink a glass of champagne! We also strolled in the beautiful area around … Read more

grød

We had dinner at Grød in Torvehallerne today after a shopping afternoon in Copenhagen. We shared a barleyotto with Jerusalem artichoke and a Romanesco cabbage and parmesan risotto. The ‘ottos were very scrumptious but also quite satiating… We got lots of stuff from Natura Siberica, that I’ll post about later.

cinnamon buns & tea

My BFF came over for a cup of Ladurée tea and a cinnamon bun and she brought her adorable pup Nelson. We talked about next week when she’ll spend the weekend with me in Copenhagen. It’s going to be so much fun! Now, I’ll go back to studying.
