I went to Paolo’s this evening with my boyfriend and a friend to eat pizza and drink a glass of wine. I had a gorgonzola, pecan nut, truffle oil and red cabbage pizza and a glass of Chardonnay. It was all I needed after a lazy weekend and some windsurfing today. A perfect ending!
Here are our two birthday cakes (we have a traditional one that we make every year) that consist of chocolate, meringue and whipped cream with raspberries.
