It was sort of a sky bar restaurant but the building was nowhere near as tall as the Bangkok ones&#8230; You also had to climb a flight of stairs in an apartment building and the restaurant was really well hidden. On top it was like a small oasis with rustic wooden furniture and lots of plants everywhere. We had lots of spring rolls, rice, morning glory, pomelo and shrimp salad and lots of other stuff.
