Skulle jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka <em>motivera<\/em> mig sj\u00e4lv genom att skriva: <em>du f\u00e5r absolut inte \u00e4ta pommes etc.<\/em> s\u00e5 skulle kroppen b\u00f6rja motarbeta dig och f\u00f6rst\u00f6ra.
