F\u00f6rst\u00e5r mig inte p\u00e5 allting \u00e4nnu men det kommer v\u00e4ll antar jag! Jag slutade skolan strax innan tv\u00e5 idag, k\u00f6pte en cupido sallad och drog sedan direkt till gymmet f\u00f6r lite triceps, axlar och br\u00f6st. Det var f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen p\u00e5 mitt nya tr\u00e4ningsprogram och detta pass k\u00e4ndes precis lika bra som de andra jag har provat \u00e4n s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge.<\/p>\n<p>Kv\u00e4llen ska spenderas tillsammans med Tom och f\u00f6rhoppningsvis n\u00e5got gott. Idag \u00e4r en riktig &#8221;s\u00e5nt beh\u00f6ver jag&#8221; dag. Jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker vanligtvis att h\u00e5lla mig nyttig men ibland beh\u00f6ver man njuta lite extra.
