Jag hittade det p\u00e5 <a title=\"Tastyheatlh\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tasty-health.se\/\" target=\"_blank\">Tastyhealth<\/a>, som \u00e4r en stor inspiration n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller b\u00e5de tr\u00e4ning och kost. Jag hade dock inte alla grejer hemma n\u00e4r jag gjorde testade det f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen men det visade sig att det blev huuuur gott som helst \u00e4nd\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p><em>F\u00f6r en portion (s\u00e5 som jag gjorde)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>1,5 dl havregryn<\/p>\n<p>0.5 msk kokosmj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>1 msk stevia str\u00f6<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk bakpulver<\/p>\n<p>2 \u00e4ggvitor<\/p>\n<p>2\/3 (cirka 40 gram) mogen banan<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk vanillinsocker<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5gra frysta hallon<\/p>\n<p>Mixa allt utom hallonen med en stavmixer tills du f\u00e5r en sl\u00e4t smet. Blanda i hallon i smeten. Dela smeten i tv\u00e5 delar och h\u00e4ll en halv matsked kakao i den ena. B\u00f6rja steka pannkakorna i kokosolja och cirka 45 sekunder p\u00e5 varje sida.<\/p>\n<p>Man kan servera pannkakorna med kesella bland annat men eftersom att det \u00e4r hela hallon i pannkakorna s\u00e5 ger bara det mycket smak och enligt mig s\u00e5 r\u00e4cker det med bara pannkakorna. Och ja jag vet att vanillinsocker inte \u00e4r det nyttigaste men jag \u00e4r lite k\u00e4nslig f\u00f6r kraftig banansmak.
